Inspired by the Galilee—home to more than 80 ethnic communities—the menu weaves together regional flavors and traditions with a contemporary culinary voice. At its heart is an open kitchen, where guests gather around the energy of the wood-fire grill, tandoor oven, and charcoal shawarma spit, bringing bold flavor and visual drama to every meal.
Seasonal and ever-evolving, the menu highlights ingredients from the institute’s farm, neighboring growers, and select producers across Israel—expressing both the Galilee’s terroir and the country’s broader culinary landscape.
Restaurant Galil also hosts guest chefs from Israel and around the world, fostering culinary exchange and discovery. Welcoming families, couples, business guests, and private gatherings, the atmosphere is warm and approachable, with a 10-seat VIP room for intimate experiences.
The wine program showcases Israeli wineries—from boutique producers to established labels—through curated tastings and thoughtful pairings that reflect the dynamic story of Israeli wine.
